Welcome to the Flaura Co. blog!

My name is Olivia Caso and I founded the Flaura Co. in 2023, having previous iterations of my current business since 2018. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing in 2024. I am overjoyed to share what I’ve learned from not only my university education, but the experience I’ve gathered through working with clients, reading countless books, and taking (maybe too many) supplemental courses.

I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and growth-mindset. I believe that you can learn the same set of information from hundreds of people and learn something new from each of them. I hope to bring the same curiosity and passion that I have for my business to you- hoping we both have lovely and beneficial conversations along this path.

This blog is intended to document the evolution of my business journey, some book and movie recommendations, creative inspiration, etc. Essentially, an amalgamation of lessons I have collected through both my artistic and left-brained pursuits.
